Dopo aver fatto la sua comparsa sulla Jaguar XK Convertible, il “piccolo” 3.5 V8 in monoblocco di alluminio, verrà montato anche nel cofano della sofisticata coupè inglese, andandone a costituire di fatto l’entry level.

Da dicembre si potrà acquistare la Jaguar XK con questa nuova motorizzazione al prezzo di 75.500 Euro. Il motore eroga 256 CV a 6250 giri, sviluppa una coppia massima di 334 Nm e rispetta le normative anti-inquinamento Euro 4.

Le prestazioni sono più che adeguate all’indole da granturismo di razza della XK: lo 0-100 è coperto in 7,6 s, e la velocità massima raggiunta è di 243 km/h.Publicato da Fabio Sciarra.
